   Thank you purchasing your item at JBBO.  We truly appreciate your business.

  Our return policy is a follows:

• We DO exchange the item within 45 DAYS  from the date of purchase for any other item INSTOCK in the store.
   If:
    - You have the original receipt from J. Bradley and Brayden Outfitters (We DO NOT Exchange other companies products).
    - Are free of Perfumes, Smells, Hair, Make-up, or any other defect which would deem the item NON-NEW.
  
• We DO NOT refund Cash, or refund/ re-credit Debit Cards,  Credit Cards or any other electronic payment method. 
  
• ALL CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS SALES ARE FINAL!!!  ABSOLUTLY, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
  
• There is NO exchange on any UNDERWEAR, Baselayers, or CLIMBING GEAR... Unopened or not...
  
• Camping/Hiking gear that has been used in the field, or shows signs of wear, CANNOT be exchanged.
